Please complete the following form to register for the Jeremy Denk concert on Saturday, February 18, 2012, at 8 pm. There will be a related Concert Talk in Wolfensohn Hall at 6:30 p.m. When your registration is complete, you will be directed to a confirmation screen, which you may print out to serve as your ticket(s). You will then receive an emailed confirmation that can also serve as your ticket(s). Concerts are free and open the public, but proof of registration is required. Seating is on a first come, first served basis. Note that performances are not suitable for children under the age of eight.
